Application Checklist
Listed below are the items that need to be completed before your application is considered.
- Completed application form
- Official transcripts for each university and college attended in sealed envelopes with the university seal or signature across the sealed flap
- Three letters of recommendation, with one being from someone other than your current employer
- Personal interview – schedule interview appointment by calling (312) 575-7900
- Current resumé
- Application processing fee of $60 for domestic applicants and $75 for international applicants. Check payable to University of Illinois.
- Sponsorship letter
- GMAT score (*) forwarded to the University of Illinois – School code 1836
- Photocopy of GMAT score (*)
* GMAT test scores may be required for degree holders with limited evidence of quantitative experience and/or low GPA
